Returns Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy. If it is 30 days past your purchase date, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. 

If any product you buy from Universal Fitness Sports Supplements is damaged or faulty, then we are able to refund the purchase price or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be mostly unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase we will not be able to process your items. 

RETURNING ITEMS: 

The postage cost of returning or exchanging an item to Universal Fitness Sports Supplements is at the expense of the customer.

RETURN PROCESS: 

After posting, we will notify you via email once we have received your items at Universal Fitness HQ.

All products are inspected and assessed in regards to their eligibility. We will email you if your claim is rejected for any reason.  

IF EXCHANGING: Then a supplementary item will be shipped to you within 3 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your items are on their way!

IF RETURNING: A credit payment will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are experiencing delays with your return payment, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting Universal Fitness Sports Supplements.
